Hekta — your personal financial operating system
Questions, bug reports, feature ideas, or help with your account — email us and a human will reply. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Just tell the app. Type or speak what you spent (for example, “spent 50 on coffee”), or scan a paper receipt or a bank-SMS screenshot. Hekta reads it and proposes a clean record — nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. You can also add anything manually.
Premium is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel it, open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Hekta, or use Manage Subscription inside Hekta. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the paywall.
Open Settings → Data → Export to download your data as CSV and PDF at any time.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion requires typed-email confirmation, erases all of your data, and revokes Sign in with Apple. We recommend exporting your data first — deletion cannot be undone.
Yes. Hekta shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics, and never sells your data. Your records are stored in the European Union and protected so that only you can read them. Receipt images are processed once and then deleted, and your voice recordings are never stored by us. See our Privacy Policy.
The assistant only proposes — every change is shown to you and must be confirmed before anything is saved. Voice is recorded only when you tap the microphone, used for transcription only, and never used to train AI models. The app never reads your messages in the background; it only sees content you deliberately share with it.
Hekta is an iPhone app (iOS 26 and later), fully bilingual in Arabic and English with native right-to-left layout. To switch language, use Settings inside the app.

فقط كلّم التطبيق. اكتب أو تحدّث بما صرفته (مثلًا: «صرفت 50 على قهوة»)، أو امسح إيصالًا ورقيًا أو لقطة رسالة بنكية. يقرؤها هكتا ويقترح سجلًّا جاهزًا — ولا يُحفَظ أي شيء قبل أن تضغط تأكيد. ويمكنك الإضافة يدويًا في أي وقت.
يُحصَّل اشتراك Premium عبر حساب Apple ID. لعرضه أو تغييره أو إلغائه، افتح تطبيق الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← هكتا، أو استخدم إدارة الاشتراك داخل هكتا. يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ24 ساعة على الأقل. لاستعادة عملية شراء على جهاز جديد، استخدم استعادة المشتريات في شاشة الاشتراك.
افتح الإعدادات ← البيانات ← تصدير لتنزيل بياناتك بصيغتَي CSV وPDF في أي وقت.
افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يتطلّب الحذف تأكيدًا بكتابة بريدك، ويمحو كل بياناتك، ويلغي تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple. ننصح بتصدير بياناتك أولًا — لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
نعم. لا يعرض هكتا إعلانات، ولا يستخدم تحليلات من طرف ثالث، ولا يبيع بياناتك أبدًا. تُخزَّن سجلّاتك في الاتحاد الأوروبي ومحميّة بحيث لا يقرؤها سواك. تُعالَج صور الإيصالات مرة واحدة ثم تُحذَف، ولا نخزّن تسجيلاتك الصوتية إطلاقًا. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
المساعد يقترح فقط — كل تغيير يُعرَض عليك ويجب تأكيده قبل حفظ أي شيء. لا يُسجَّل الصوت إلا عند الضغط على الميكروفون، ويُستخدَم للتحويل إلى نص فقط، ولا يُستخدَم أبدًا لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. لا يقرأ التطبيق رسائلك في الخلفية؛ بل يرى فقط ما تشاركه معه عمدًا.
هكتا تطبيق لآيفون (iOS 26 وأحدث)، ثنائي اللغة بالكامل عربي وإنجليزي بتخطيط أصيل من اليمين إلى اليسار. لتبديل اللغة، استخدم الإعدادات داخل التطبيق.
